At the very least he is seeing how he has ruined lives. But the fact still remains Bush is a douche. This kid's life is fucked now because of Bush. Bush just had to spend maybe 30 mins, a few hours with him and then gets to WALK away, into his limo, back to his white house to veto healthcare for sick kids and compensation for vets like the injured one he just stared in the eye and smiled at.
In regards to the author, he could have maybe used a better by-line, but the fact remains. It does show how evil bush is, like I say above, the fact that he can stand there, put his arm around this kid, smile and then go and cut his entitlements makes him evil. Bush is a fuckwit, anyone who thinks otherwise needs their head checked out.
